Hello,

I have problems with my washing machine, I started the machine, I put the clothes, closed the door and then put the detergent, it filled with water, it did the cycles, it did the spins, but the water didn't come out, finally the door was open and I saw the clothes wet with soap.

Two years ago the machine had the Wax motor replaced, I got the Complete R-11 Q6 Repair kit.

Please help me ASAP, the clothes are still wet with soap.:(
