Hello, my Maytag Neptune washer machine stopped working. What it does is fills with water but does not tumble or spin at all. I can hear that it wants to, but it does a click and shuts off. I open the back where to control board is, but I don't see any connection burnt, I also checked the motor control and all seems ok. The belt is ok, the motor spins freely by hand. So needles to say I'm stomped. Can any one tell me how to trouble shoot the boards and what tools do I need to do it. Thanks.
