The lock light signal light is flashing and the oven door is locked and will not unlock. I have not started cleaning mode nor touched any other buttons. The last time I have used the oven was over 36 hours ago. The lighst have been flashing for over 24 hours.:confused:

Try to locate the whole model number to post. Look under the burners or in the storage drawer
