Hi,
The above model is not working at all. It somehow stop in the middle of the rinse cycle because water is still on the bottom. We tried to start it again but nothing is turning on. We've checked the breaker and that is working fine.
Is there a reset buttom to the dishwasher and if not how do we schedule someone to look at the unit.
My phone # is 802-865-3332 x 116
Best Regards,
Pam Bouffard

I did recheck the model # and this is the correct # and the serial # is FS1840377.
There is water in the dishwasher that did not drain would this by chance make the machine shut off and if that is the case is their a reset button?

Pam, The first thing I would do is check for 120VAC at the power outlet for the dishwasher and how good the power cord is plugged in. Remove the bottom panel, remove the cover for terminal box (#21 on the break down diagram) and check for burned and/or loose wires. Open the control panel and check the thermal fuse (#6 on the break down diagram) for continuity. Replace if it's open. - The part number for the thermal fuse is AP3178588Gene.
