I bought a new control board for MSD2456DBe refrigerator. But it is slightly different than my old one. Old one snaps into the plastic base. But new one has holes. It appears it needs screws which didn't come with the control assembly. Do I need screws? What size do I need and can I get from home depot? How do I attach screws to the base where it rests.:)

If the new board will mount in the old white plastic case, I would snap it in. The new assembly will fit in the space and I never used the mounting screws, really not necessary, but the plastic case keeps moisture away from the board which could cause failures.
