How old is the water filter? It has to be replaced between 6 to 12 months, depends on how much water had been used.

- The water filter Part number: AP3859302
Part number: AP3859302

Here are the breakdown diagrams and Replacement parts for General Electric PSS26NGPAWW Refrigerator | AppliancePartsPros.com

The instructions are in the Owner's guide.

Had you drained out 2-3 gallons of water from the system after you replaced the filter?

Disconnect the dispenser water line under the freezer door at the union connector (#80 on the diagram) by pushing in the center collar while pulling out the tube. Put the end of the tube in a bucket. depress the water dispenser lever and check the water pressure out of the tube. Post the results.
