Oven takes a long time to ignite or doesn't ignite at all and then I start to smell gas. The ignitor glows but not bright white, more like reddish orange. I think the ignitor is bad but looking for a confirmation and are they hard to change out. Thanks!

No they ar e not hard to change, if you want to be sure the ignitor is bad, get an ohm meter and check resistance of the ignitor. should be between 50-150 ohms, anything other than that it is bad.
