The water dispenser constantly drips. It more than fills a glass overnight, causing water to overfill the tray under the dispenser and run down the front of the refrigerator. Otherwise ice maker and water dispenser both work fine.

Gene. Gene: I hope you can give me some info. My GE fridge water dispenser is dripping constantly. Otherwise ice maker & water dispenser is working fine. Thanks for any help you may be able to offer.

Janielynn, Sorry for the delay. Have you replaced the water filter recently? If not, then the problem most likely is a bad water inlet valve on the back of the refrigerator (#800 on the diagram). - The water inlet valve Part number: AP3192626
