I was away for 6 days and I empty the ice bucket before I left and when I got back it was still empty. I checked the arm and it was in the down position. I checked the black wire and white wire for voltage. I found that the voltage was 15 v. I read the ice maker information and it has to have 115 volts. So can you help me trouble shoot this more. To find the problem ?
