In process of replacing bake element for a Frigidaire model FGEW3065PDF.
I’ m not sure what position the 2 wires should be connected.
Both wires have white insulation, can’t see what color of wires.
Dies it make a difference, left or right?

It should be ok either way. Just make sure the connectors fit snugly on the terminals. Loose connections create resistance, resistance gets hot and burns up the connection.
