PROBLEM:
broil and bake light stays on oven will not heat up.can u tell me the problem?

Use POST REPLY at the bottom so that your response becomes part of this thread.

Odds are high that the control board is shot.

Open it up and check the wires from the elements to the control board.
Remember to unplug the unit, 240 volts is lethal.

I would also check the temperature sensor. Note this should give an error but it may be a possibility. See this link, check out # 7 and 8:
