Look at the internal basket. (the stainless steel drum) Spin it by hand and see if it seems to keep an even gap between it and the outer tub. Or does it seem to rotate unevenly?
Also press upward on the inner basket can you make it move up and down or side to side independently of the outer tub?
Open the little trap door at the bottom right corner and open the drain pump clean out. (be prepared there will be a lot of water coming out, have towels or a bucket underneath) Do you see grayish white muck coming out of it?
If so then you have:
1. Broken support (spider arm) most likely
if not this then possibly it may be
2. Bent drive shaft
3. Bad bearings

Ok I am assuming it is a problem with the spider arm assembly which is typical with this unit.

This is likely the part you need. Have you checked the drain clean out?

Bearings and seal should be ok.

Order new bolts with spider arm as those will break off at dis-assembly.

Did you remove the bolt and rotor from the back of the drive shaft?
After separating the outer tub you should be able to remove the inner tub but you have to have removed the bolt that holds the rotor on and pulled the rotor off as well. The rotor may be hard to remove as it is being held by the magnets to the stator. Wiggle it completely off. when it is removed you will see the splined end of the drive shaft. If you take a heavy hammer or small sledge hammer tap the end of the shaft driving loose and pull out the inner basket.

No your good. Just take a good sized hammer or a small sledge maul, while holding the outer tub hit the drive shaft with a good swift hit. This will dislodge the drive shaft from the bearings and the inner tub will slide right out.
