I have a Kitchenaid Superba that isnt making ice. I replaced the ice maker about 2 years ago. I just put a jumper wire in T and H holes and it filled raised the plastic teeth and then filled with water. Looks like it is starting to ice up. The arm will not raise it just hangs down. What might the issue be?

Turns out the ice maker is 5 years old. So it made at least 2 to 3 batches of ice and stopped again. Looks like the fingers that push the ice out are in the up position and have ice on them. I have attached a picture of them. Marc RowdyRedRaider attached the following image(s):
