I have replaced the motor and control board and still the Clean light flashes 6 times, pauses, then 1. When I put it in diagnostic mode, it runs through the cycles, adds water, runs, pumps it out and in the end the control panel is blank. When I then select Normal wash, I do not hear it filling and then in a matter of seconds the clean light flashes 6 times then 1 signifying a communication error. Any thoughts/ideas????

I opened it up and tested the hi-limit switch and the heating element. i am using a digital unit and set it to the lowest ohms setting. After unplugging the unit and removing the wire connections, i placed a probe on each terminal. when I first touched then i get a -1 then shortly after the number jumps between 12.0 and 18.0 on the element. The hi limit switch i get a 0.3 number. i have read the tutorial and maybe do not understand. thx, Kelly
