I replaced my bottom element on my upper oven, and it still only gets warm not hot. the upper element wrks fine

Thank you for your help The resistance on the old element was 28 ohms. the upper element gets red. the lower element stays at approximtely 150 degrees there is no code indicated on the panel monitor

there is no code in the monitor screen the upper element gets red, the lower stays at about 150 degrees. the resistance of the old was 28 ohms. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR HELP Bill

I appologise for not getting back to you sooner, i have been out. I put my hand on the lower element to feel the temp, and it never got hotter. Is their any way i could measure the voltage at any given spot, to see if it is the relay or board. Thanks for your help Bill

You have to excuse me i am illiterate when it comes to computers. i'm not sure i am sending the info right.My oven you push bake and set the temp you want, and when it reaches that temp it beaps Bill

If the sensor was bad, would that not allow the lower element to get hot, but will let the upper to get hot, if the sensor is ok, does that mean the relay board is bad, or do they call that the control board. thanks very much for your help Bill

could the sensor be bad if the top element gets red hot and the bottom element only gets to about 120 degrees. thanks Bill
