We bought this machine in August 2014 now we are having issues u can push select wash mode (yes u can select what mode u want) puts start it appears it starts the cycle but no water comes in or the cycle actually start after 1-3 min it will go to cancel / drain and then run like it's pumping out then all lights go out im on a fixed income and need help thanks
