Hi...when I hit the start on my dryer, it sounds like it goes to start, but then does not. I open the door real quick and can see that it turned over, but did not "catch" and start running. I will try this again and it seems like it is about to start, there is a noise like it is starting, but it does not seem to "catch" and run normally. Once in a while, it does "catch" and runs for about 30 minutes and stops by itself..then I cant start it again.
Then, the button just clicks and nothing happens after I have tried to start it a few times.
Are we looking at a thermostat issue?
Thanks

This is not a thermostat problem. If you hold the start button, will it stay running? Then quits when you release the button? If so, looks like a bad motor.

Thx FB
When I press the start, it sounds like it wants to start but won't. Kind of like when a car turns over but never catches. Then, the start button just clicks and I can't even get that turnover action.
The motor is probably a good call
