Hello, I have the same oven (KERC507HBS2) and have the same issue with the oven not heating up. However, I could not locate the fuse in the rear of the oven and do not have a copy of the wiring diagram and/or part number for the fuse. Can someone send me a link to the wiring diagram? The previous link provided appears to be out of date.

I also could not find the fuse but when I looked at the control board (item 15 in section 02), it said that it was 9781691. Please see the following.
