Upper Convection Oven will not heat up to the correct temperature. It will "buzz" that it is "ready" but its hasn't reach the right temperature; not hot enough. Lower oven (not convection works fine).

I could not find any info on the given model number. Sounds like it may be an oven sensor problem. Here is a good link, check out 7, 8, 20 and 21. http://www.applianceaid.com/elecrange.htmlIf the sensor checks out OK then odds are that the control board is toast. If it is an old unit that uses a thermostat then I would replace the thermostat. |
