The microwave has been working fine. Tonight when we opened the door it made a buzzing sound when the door was shut it quit. Then when we opened the door the light no longer worked. It still heats but the turntable no longer turns and there is a loud bussing coming from behind the upper part of the control panel. I turned the turntable off and the buzzing continues. I also unplugged the stirrer motor and the buzzing continues. Any ideas where I should start looking for the problem?

one other thing. When I turn the night light on it also makes the same buzzing sound without the microwave running. Today we were using it and it completely shut off and seemed dead. Later it came on with the same buzzing sound but still no turn table or light inside the microwave. Last night when I had the cover off it I noticed the cooling fan wasn't running. Is it supposed to run all the time or shut off and on during use?

Does this sound like a board problem and if so can you repair the board?
