I've reviewed a few other post on GE dishwashers. I pulled the low spray arm off which does provide more water pressure, but the washer still does not drain. Ideas?

I took of the lower spray arm by pulling up and turning counter clockwise. I also took off the lower spray arm to the upper basket with 1/4 ratchet wrench. Drain the water with a carpet shampooer hand wand/ shop vac or baster. After that I went back to the parts by the mesh bottom. I pulled of part numbers 507 and 454 as both pieces had extreme scaling from hard well water. see link 05-Motor-Pump Mechanism parts for GE GDWT260R10SS - AppliancePartsPros.com
Then I pulled the grid basket towards the back that isn't that big. This crevice is where the food piled up. I pulled all particles with a baster out of this piece. I then put baking soda and vinegar down this piece since that's a natural drain cleaner. I let it fuzz up for 2 minutes. Then I added another 2 cups vinegar and 4 tbsp lemon juice to run in the cycle to get rid of the hard water scaling. Ran it on a Sani- wash cycle which was draining properly. I then reassembled the parts and ran a light cycle. Everything turned out and I got rid of the scaling. I will be running more vinegar and lemon washes to prevent this next round.
