Ah, so it is a Canadian model. Ok, anyway, unplug the dryer, open the control panel to gain access to the timer. Disconnect the wire on the BK terminal that goes to the timer motor. Disconnect the blue wire on the BU terminal that goes down to the drive motor and connect it to the BK terminal. Plug dryer back in and start it. If it doesn't run this way, the problem is not the timer.

Did you check for power at the receptacle? Should have 120vac between neutral and each hot leg and 240vac between hot legs. May be open neutral? Check power cord connection block.

Ya getting power from the fuse box to the inside of the dryer. when checking the other parts with my ohm meter im getting 000 everywhere except the thermostat, I get 000 from the 2 red wires but i get 116 from the 2 smaller blue wires, but there is continuity between the terminals cause the numbers on the ohm meter goes to 116. And on the door switch one side I get 000 then open the door and i get 36, I get the same reading from the other wire on the door switch aswell. Using a power cord from an old extention cord I hooked one side to the blue wire on the timer and the other to the white wire from the start button and plugged it in and the motor runs so I know its not that. Thaks
