Two days ago all buttons had to be pushed very hard. Now nothing lights at all. Any possible fixes other than replacement and how difficult replacing the panel? Dishwasher is only 6yo and works great otherwise.

Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 11/12/2013(UTC) Posts: 957		If you have verified power to the dishwasher, the issue likely lies with the touch pad assembly. Turn the power off to the machine. Use a hair dryer to heat the buttons until very warm while rubbing very firmly over them. Does it restore any of the buttons?

No buttons worked. Checked breaker earlier.

Do I need to open the black box that, I guess, contains the controls?
