The washer is part of the kenmore laundry center.

It fills with water, agitates, until the control dial clicks around to where it should start draining. It then just sits there, silent. If I move the dial around some more, until the second time where it fills, agitates, it does that fine. Once again, when it reaches the second time during the cycle where it should drain, it just stops, and sits.

Any ideas what would cause this?

That's a Frigidaire model, I'm not familiar with it at all, maybe someone else here can help.
