Your statements are contradictory. There is no HOT/HOT or WARM/WARM. Rinse is cold only. You say COLD/COLD fills and then say COLD/COLD does not fill. There are two COLD/COLD settings on this washer, one ATC and one non-ATC. Check your cold water supply and make sure screens in fill hose and/or water inlet valve is/are clear of debris.

Eric On wash the setting for water temperature say warm/warm, hot/hot, cold/cold/ warm/warm these are for wash and rinse. the water fills on warm and hot but won't fill on warm or cold settings and water will not fill on rinse at all. These are the setting showing on the panel of my washing machine, don't know what you are saying. BUT THESE ARE WHAT IS SHOWING ON MY WASHING MACHINE.

Then I'd like to see a photo of your control panel because I have the tech sheet for your washer and a photo of a control panel from that model number washer and both show cold/cold, cool/cold, warm/cold and hot/cold temperature settings. Maybe you have an international version of this washer but I would think the model number would be different. Are you in the U.S.? This is an 09 model and there aren't any models of that year in the U.S. that use anything other than a cold rinse, due to government regulations. Did you make the check that I suggested?

Eric thanks for your help, I guess I didn't make myself clear, the different temps are on the wash cycle. and only the hot and cold fill, the other temps don't fill and the rise doesn't fill either. Guess I went into to much detail in my first post.

There's cold, cool, warm and hot on the wash cycle. Only cold on the rinse cycle, unless you have some non-US version of this washer. If your saying hot wash will fill and cold wash will fill but warm and cool will not (no water coming in at all), then I'd say you have a faulty ATC (temp) switch. No cold water at all in any rinse cycle could be the ATC or a faulty timer. I don't have much confidence in your symptoms based on the way you are describing them so I really can't say for sure. Troubleshooting this problem with multimeter and wiring diagram will quickly pinpoint the problem but if you have no experience in that area, you are left with parts swapping to locate the problem. If you buy the parts from APP, you may return them if they don't solve the problem. Eric we replace the temp switch and thought that was the problem, it did solve part of it but still won't fill in rinse cycle.
