My GE Profile Washer will not spin or agitate. I checked the belt and it looked good. Any suggestions?

This is actually a Frigidaire front loader made by Electrolux and sold under the GE brand.
On these models the speed/motor control board is often the culprit along with the lid switch. Use the tech notes that should be inside the lower service panel to check them out.
