Went to use microwave then heard a loud pop noise. Stopped microwave did not smell anything or see any physical damage so i retried microwave. It was louder than usual but everything seemed to work. I removed item i was trying to heatup and it was still cold. Tried again and found out microwave will not heat but everything else works. Unit is 7 years old. The manual has 4 models on it CGLMV169----GLMV169/ CPLMV169---PLMV169. Any help with this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
