Hello, Pull the refrigerator out of the wall and unplug it. Remove the cover from the main control board and remove the wire from the J9 terminal. Measure the resistance between this wire and the wire connected to J7-9 pin. If the reading is around 22 Ohms, replace the main control board. If the reading is ∞ Ohms, remove the rear panel in the freezer and check for continuity the heater and the overtemperature thermostat separately. It is a good idea to replace the temperature sensor located on top of the evaporator coils in any case. This part is inexpensive and will make the repair more reliable. - The main control board Part number: WR55X10942
