Washer will not agitate or spin at all. It will fill and drain properly.

When I took the frontpanel off the machine, the motot had been replaced before, there was a relay setup and capacitor. I had already filled the tub with water and started to probe the harness when the motor started. The harness assembly had a broken wire on the capacitor, dual wire side. After repair I ran a complete cycle without a problem. This assembly was an upgrade by GE when they replaced the motor, as noted on the interior tub above motor.
