there is no power at all, I thought it might be an electrical problem, so plugged it elsewhere and still nothing?

A model number may help others help you.

By no power do you mean that everything is off, even the fridge lights?

yes. I have plugged it into another outlet and checked the breaker, but nothing happens. Light doesn't even go on?

Need a model number?
Find your model number - AppliancePartsPros.com

The first place to start is to check for power in the unit using a meter.
Check where the line cord attaches to the units wiring, could be just a bad line cord.

If there is no power then check the line cord using ohms to see if it is bad.
