Unplug the unit.
Unplug one side of C to B at the timer.
The timer should be set mid cycle of a timed dry with heat setting.
Measure across C to B at the timer, should be 0 ohms.
Be sure to use your meter's most sensitive scale and short it's leads together before starting to measure. This tell you if there is any zero offset in the meter.
If it measures OK, then reconnect the wire/s to the timer.
Attach and leave it there, one of your meter leads to L1 on the line cord.
Then work your way back through the motor circuit.
L1 at terminal, should be 0 ohms.
C and B at the timer should be 0 ohms
Both sides of the thermal fuse should be 0 ohms
Motor's 4M should be 0 ohms.
Motor's 5M should be a couple ohms (motor's windings).
W or W-R at start switch, a couple ohms.
BK on the start switch. Infinite ohms when open. A couple ohms when it is pushed.
NO on the door switch, a couple ohms when start switch is pushed.
COM on door switch a couple ohms when door is closed and start switch pressed.
Same applies to Neutral on the terminal strip and the line cord plug.
