Here's my tail of woe. The washer run through a cycle normally with no problems. But if I put a towel in the washer it would stop about 5 minutes into the cycle, drain, and the door would remain locked. I tried replacing the water level sensor...same thing. I tired replacing the circuit board .. same result. So I decide to run just the spin cycle to get some of the water out of the towel and it ran for about 5 minutes then stopped. But this time none of the lights in the control come on. I unplugged the washer .. wait for a bit and replug it in. Still no lights. I used my ohmmeter and I have power from the wall, I have power into and out the "line filter" to the control board. I have power to the control board at the lead coming from the line filter but again no lights. First I need to get the power back THEN figure out why it's stopping when I have clothes in it. HELP! Don

Hi. Did you check the voltage at the control board between the black P1-4 and white P1-2? Was there 120VAC? If you where getting correct voltage, replace the control board again. Remember, that you will need to program the board after installation. there could be more problem then just the control board, but let's go step by step. The control board Part number: WH12X10468

Do you mean 120v on the control board itself or at the connector that attaches to the control board? The wireing diagram leads you to believe B-14 and W-14 are the connectors that attach to P1-4 and P1-2.

I did program the new board when I installed it. But now neither board "lights" up at all leading me to think their is some type of fuse somewhere.

Hi.
Check the voltage at the disconnect plug when it's attached to the board.
There is no fuse according the diagram of any kind except the noise filter.

OK I have power to the board and when the plug is connected to the board I have 120V also coming off one of the white leads that doesn't have power when it is not connected to the board. But still no lights with either board I connect. I simply cannot believe both circuit boards are bad. I noticed one of the lines runs to the door lock then back to the circuit board. Any chance that could be the problem? I'm dangerous close to calling a repair man because I just can't figure out why no power at all to the board now.

It still not clear to me how do you measure the voltage. Are you following my directions from the first post?
If you do and the voltage is correct try to replace the control board, you can return it back to APP.

I'm a bit concerned about replacing the circuit board again in case there is some electric surge/spike that is frying the board.
