I have an older high efficiency Kenmore Gas dryer that has been giving me issues. I have read all over this forum to try to find the solution, but haven't had any luck.
I've replaced the solenoids, the flame sensor, and the ignitor already.
The dryer will start up fine, rotate without issues, and the ignitor will glow red, however the gas does not ever ignite (I don't know if it ever even starts coming out).
At times I do "think" I hear a gurgling noise (whether this has to do with it or not) towards the end of the ignition cycle.
Is it possible I received bad solenoids? I bought them for 10 bucks off of amazon. Do I need to check them? Any other thoughts of what could be wrong? Thanks so much for the help!

Hi.
Check the coils continuity and see if you didn't forget to put back on the double coil shaft the metal insert. If everything looks OK - you need a new gas valve. Provide the model number for the correct part number.
Simon.
