My refrigerator is freezing food even when set to lowest temperature. I have looked at the damper motor and it seems to be running all of the time. When I set both controls to zero, it is still running. If I set the freezer to mid level, and the refrigerator to zero, the frig still freezes. If I set both controls to very low, the refrigerator still freezes and the food in the freezer is soft, not fully frozen.
