It will not run on the timed drying setting nor will it run on the very dry/ towels setting. This means that after starting the dryer I must come bak and re start it at least once or twice to dry a load.:mad: :confused:

Gene - I got back from vacation, ordered the part and just installed it. However, the machine will still only start in the energy preferred position. Any other suggestions? Thanks.

Remove the wires from the "BU" & "BK" terminals at the timer. Check for continuity across these terminals with different timer settings. Post the results, Gene.
