If not - open the freezer door and check again. If the air is coming through with the freezer door open , then most likely it' the defrost system problem. If not - the air damper control. Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 8/15/2012(UTC) Posts: 1		GE ref and freezer side by side model #GSS255SGMD frig was not cooling properly I noticed that the coil in back freezer was cover with ice so I replaced the defroster heater and defroster control but i still have same problem so i replaced the control panel but i still same problem coil still cover with ice but if i melt the ice frig and freezer work great only for a few days and it seem defroster heater not working and it is new can u give me an advice or help thanks
