Initial problem was agitator would not move during wash cycle. Replaced the transmission and brake this weekend with your part WH38X10002. Test run with the following results; spin cycle takes 20 seconds to stop tub and during the wash cycle the tub spins at half spin speed in oposite rotation.
I suspect that the clutch and brake are not functioning correctly. Can I trouble shoot this or do I need to send the transmission and brake back for a replacement? I have your order number if needed. Can I talk to a technician during the day?
Laundry is backing up!
