The door on our electric range does not close properly and I suspect the hinge has a broken spring on one side. Problem is: how do I get at this to see what is actually broken? It looks like I need to tear the whole side off the appliance to get at it. Is there an easy way?
Thanks for your help, Jerry W.

Jerry, Open the door half way and pull it up to remove it from the hinges. Each hinge (#15 on the diagram) is secured with the two screws which you can see on the part picture. Remove these screws and pull the hinge through the slot in the frame. - The part number for the door hinge (they are identical) is AP4252510Here are the break down diagrams and Replacement parts for AMANA ESF33002L | AppliancePartsPros.comGene.
