I've Read Most Of The Posts Regarding Warm Fresh Food Compartments And I'm Fairly Certain I Have A Defrost Problem. I Understand The Troubleshooting Sequence ( I Think!). What I Need Is Info On How To Access The Various Components. I.e: The Control Board, Defrost Thermostat, Defrost Heater, Etc.

The control board is shown as #5 at the diagram. You have to remove the control box to access it. In order to access the defrost heater and the defrost thermostat (#15 & #32 at the diagram) you have to remove the rear panel inside the freezer. - The control board Part number: AP4366538
