Dryer Won't Start, Only Makes Loud Humming Noise

Either the motor bearings seezed, or something got stuck in the blower housing. Remove front panel and check.

I Don't Have Operators Manual On Ge Dryer Model# Dx4500e0ww . How Do I Get To The Drive Motor ? From The Back Or Front? I Have Removed All The Screw From The Back Panel. Am I Missing Something? Thanks In Advance

There are some screws in the front under the door to remove, either phillips or torq. Remove these, lift the top up, and remove the screws holding the front panel in place. You can stick your arms under the drum and remove the belt, then lift out the drum.
