Will the key switch return from the Start position to the Run position by itself?

Check the key switch for continuity between the "V" & "Y" terminals while the switch is in Run position. Post the results.

I open the swicth, there is 120V beetween Y and V, T-R and V. When I turn the switch to ON, there is no voltage beetween these switch. the motor lower the plate and it is not moving back up and keep ging a clicking noise, the knob is not turn back to OFF position. I have to manual to back to OFF and Then ON again so the motor can rising up to the top.

The switch with terminals "V" & "Y" is what it calls "momentary switch". Such switch must return to to its normal (open) position when released.

If it does not happen, the key switch has to be replaced.
