I noticed that my frig/freezer doen't get cold anymore. I called someone out to see what the problem was. he guy told me it was a relay. He then told me it would be $400.00 for parts and labor to fix for model #ksrd25fkwh03. So i looked up on kitchen aid's website for the relay. I am going to try and do it myself first. kitchen aid's website said the part # was ps371468. Is this the only thing I need to order or do I need to order anything else? Also is there a good website that can tell me step by step how to fix it?

Feal the compressor, is it warm and vibrating and are the condensing coils warm?

I have model number ED5GHEXNL.I cleaned my coil and bought the capacitor and relay switch due to contiues clicks. freezer is still not freezing but cooling. On the the frig side it just warm.compressor runs,light on and fan working when turnning tempreture knob. How can i fix this problem.

Mine is hot thr compressor. The coils are warm
