I turn the freezer to number seven and the fan goes on but it does not freeze. I am not a professional but can part replace. Is there a part to replace that will fix this?

Look in the back, take the back off and see if the compressor is running.

The Freezer fan and the Condenser fan turn on immediately when I plug the refrigerator in. The compressor is hot, but, I can not hear a noise coming from it.

Model #BX22S5W S/N #9611149018 Today I noticed when I plugged the refrigerator in, that the condencer fan did not turn on. So I spun it with my hand and it started going, but, slower than it did yesterday. This happened yesterday, but, when I spun it it went a lot faster. I would assume that I need a condencer fan, right? By the way, the freezer fan is still going fine and sounds like it always does. How do I know if I also need a compressor?

Stick a portable fan in the back to cool the compressor, just leave the back off, then measure the freezer and fridg temperatures, if ok, just order a new condenser fan, but you will need the correct model #.
