My Whirlpool double oven display is blank. Pressing most of the buttons gives a short long short short short beep sequence. Is there anyway to reset this or does one of the modules need to be replaced?

If it a module fault would it be the control panel or the clock control module? I suspect the control module.

Thanks.

I would check the power supply first, then the thermal fuse on the back and the control board.
Here's your breakdown Model GBD307PDS09

I checked the transformer with the power off and got 58.7 ohms on the primary and 2.6 ohms on the secondary. I think that it is OK.

I also checked the thermal fuse on P24 and it seems OK.

The top of the clock control board seems to have some discoloration. I am pretty certain at this point that the board is bad.

I only hope that the display board is also not bad.

Sounds like the control board is the problem.

I was able to fix the oven by replacing the control board. Several places that I checked did not have the board in stock - seems like maybe there are a lot of failures of this board.

I was able to get the board from Tribles which is a local appliance parts store. They have a few locations and overnighted it to me from Richmond.

I replaced it Christmas eve and we were able to use it on Christmas.
