Need a Model Number

Yes it could be a fuse but could also be a number of other things
Make sure you are getting 240 to the dryer, sometimes half the line can drop out without tripping the breaker

Here is your parts breakdown
Model LDE9304ACM
Has a wiring diagram at the bottom

Here is a service manual
Model LDE9304ACM
Two types of wiring diagram views 5-50

Is the drum rotating?
If not then there is a good chance one of the thermal fuses is blown.
If yes it could be a thermostat is open, the timer is shot or the motor's centrifugal switch is not closing.
The above assumes that you are getting 240 volts.

Do you have a meter?
If not I would like to suggest you buy one. You can get a decent multimeter for under $20.00. You do not need fancy but it is nice if the leads are a couple feet long. It would have saved you from buying two unnecessary parts already so would have already paid for itself.

You can then use it to check and be sure the unit is getting 240 volts.
Just be careful 240 is very dangerous!!!

Also can check the fuses and thermostats using resistance (ohms).
All should be 0 ohms at room temperature
Two things to remember when using ohms
Always remove power from the machine before measuring
Always remove the wires from one side of any device you are measuring, this assures.

There is a good sticky at the top of this forum
