Hi The heating element for the bake cycle is not getting hot. The broil element does get hot. I see that you do have the part I may need. However, is there something I may try first before purchasing this part. I have also unscrewed the screws that hold the element in place, but I do not know how to unattach the element from the wires. I did unplug the oven first before I did any of this. Please help me if you can. Thank you, Joanne
