Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 4/14/2011(UTC) Posts: 3		We have a GE model # WJRR4170G2WW. The agitator doesnt turn during the wash cycle. Instead the whole drum rotates. Any help would be much appreciated.

Remove the washer front panel and count the number of the signal LED flashes (under the motor's drip shield). Post the results.
