I'm currently living in a rental house with a Frigidare Crown Series washingmachine, model number FWXB45RGSO. It washes and rinses fine,
but it will not or drain proceed into the spin cycle. There is a slight clicking

sound when it sounds like the spin cycle should be starting. any input would be appreciated.

If it isn't draining I would check for an obstruction in the pump. If it doesn't drain it won't spin.

I do believe that you are talking about a clicking noise that is coming from the timer. If so did you try the other final spin cycles to see if it spins. If not it could be the timer, or you might want to jump out the lid switch, and then see if it will spin. Let us know what you find. Tom ApplianceEducator.com
