Voltage at L1 to Neutral is 120v, Voltage at L2 to Neutral is 120v, Voltage
at L1 to L2 is 240 but voltage at L1 to Chassis Ground is 180-200v & L2 to
Ground is 70v. What is happening. This Unit went dead after self distruct
(cleaning) nothing works, all fuses are good.

I assume that you want me to see something in the schematic, so lets assume that I there is a shorted Cap in the filter circuit, you think that may be it, by the way L2 is the high leg because I only 70V to the primary on the Xfmr & 0 on the secondary.

There seems to be the trouble, nothing on the secondary of the transformer. Let's run a step by step and let us know what are the results.

Maybe that what the problem is, this transformer is missing the rectifier circuit to convert the the low voltage AC Give me a break any rectification is going happen on the board. FYI The Voltage on the secondary is approx. 25-30v AC!

Was just curious as to what you have found out as I brought it up at a meeting, and no one could could come up with a reasonable answer.

I'm kinda curious if you get the same readings at the outlet without stove being plugged in

Those readings were normal, That is why I was Questioning posibily the suppressor or filter circuit maybe the culprit as far as the readings to ground. I know that the low voltage transformer is bad, I have an open secondary but I only have 80v to primary so even with a good Xfmr my LV output is going to probably pretty low too.
