no heat ,replaced element still no heat.

There is a thermal mounted to the heater housing that looks like a thermastat check that a quick way to trouble shoot is unplug the wires to it and tape them together if it heats there is your problem but don't leave it that way as it's a safety to keep a fire from happening the dryer overheated and blu the fuse

already tried bypassing didnt change anything.
